**After you complete the form, you will then WAIT for a reply of confirmation from Dispatch letting you know that your book sign has been completed.  If your book sign is missing any information or correct attachments are not included this will delay you being placed on the books until all information is received. 

After you receive this confirmation letting you know your book sign is COMPLETE and recorded, you will then login to our job board by going to  https://ibew84.workingsystems.com/ to apply for jobs within your classification. 

Credentials for your initial sign in will be:

USERNAME the email address you signed the books with.

PASSWORD is your last name and last 4 of SSN (not case sensitive but do not include spaces before or after)

• Journeymen Linemen, Substation Technicians and Underground Technicians must complete the Journeyman Lineman, Substation Technician and Underground Technician Applicant Information form before an appointment may be scheduled to test. 

• All Heavy Equipment Operators and Equipment Operators must meet the requirements posted below. 

Walk-ins will NOT be accepted.  NO EXCEPTIONS

*Must present applicable certifications as required per classification.
